How can one be a positive person when life throws challenges at you
…constantly? We are expected to be consistently positive nowadays because we are supposed to be something better than our circumstances. This is an additional pressure on us. The best way maybe to think about this is… balancing. By reflecting on our circumstances. Think about trees and nature and how they are keeping a balance. That is way more important than constantly aspiring to a difficult sort of existence… then judging ourself and others…when we fail. Whenever we have a situation that makes us feel negative emotions we have to acknowledge it, accept it and talk about it and then get over it …that is more of an ideal plan than presuming that we will be able to fight it off alone.
And most importantly that is the exact expectation to have from other people and other relationships. No one can be your source of positivity all the time. Even trees need to breathe out Carbon at night.
Real people are always striving to keep a balance between positive and negative. And that is an accomplishment that has to be good enough.
